This web site is dedicated to Craig's fiction. His web site for work in philosophy is www.oswego.edu/~delancey/philosophy.html.
Craig's work in philosophy is primarily concerned with: consciousness, emotion, biological purpose (proper functions or teleofunctions), and questions about the justification or foundation for purposes. He's currently working on applications of descriptive complexity to questions about consciousness.
He also sometimes speaks on, and writes on, more general audience philosophical topics. These include atheism and ethics; environmental ethics; and how science fiction influences and reflects our understanding of ourselves and our future. See "About" to contact him to discuss speaking engagements.
